Jaclyn originally joined California Family Medical Group as a student Nurse Practitioner. She returns after completing multiple years in a Women’ Healthcare Specialty of which she gained valuable experience and skills pertaining to women’s health care needs. She rejoined our Medical Team March 2023 to help develop a Women’s Health Department within California Family Medical Group. We will gladly accept patients with specific Women’s Health needs, however we do have a current wait list for Primary Care.
