2019, The year of Change

 We would like to take the opportunity of the New Year to share important changes regarding the evolution of our company. Dr. Andrew Solkovits has terminated his partnership of 26 years with Mountain View Family Medical Group. This, we believe, will serve the community as well as our patient’s needs better. We are delighted to announce California Family Medical Group, Inc which will continue to be overseen by Dr. Andrew Solkovits. This change will not affect or delay of treatment for any of our current patients. We are looking forward to this opportunity which will allow for updating all patient information. Our practice is requesting all paperwork to be newly completed in order to help transfer patient records accurately to California Family Medical Group. We understand this maybe a slight inconvenience but look forward to utilizing our Electronic Record System to the fullest extent.  Finally, we would like to  THANK all of our patients in advance as you help us with the transition. With your support Dr. Andrew Solkovits was voted the Best Family Practitioner in the North State for 2018. 

We also would like to give our well wishes to Peter Eichwald, NP as he has not transitioned with us into 2019.

California Family Medical Group would also like to extended a warm welcome to Becca Lewis, FNP and her current patients as they join us in 2019. 

For any establishing patients we welcome you to California Family Medical Group, thank you for choosing us as your healthcare facility. Our goal to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients in a timely, respectful manner.  

We will do our best to provide you with same-day office visits for all sick/emergency visits, please be aware this may lead to a longer wait due to working the patient into our existing schedule. You will need to bring your insurance card with you to each appointment. Please let the staff know if you have any changes in your insurance, address or phone number.
