Our office continues to follow the CDC guidelines. Our office continues wearing masks, maintaining a clean workspace, and limiting the patients in office. We ask that if our patients experience fevers, cough, or shortness of breath please notify our staff beforehand. Thank you in advance for your help.

 We would like to take the opportunity to share the continual changes regarding COVID-19. Our goal to to ensure a clean, safe environment for our employees along with our patients. We kindly ask that all patients comply with CDC regulations. Meaning masks are required while in office. Possible exposure/ sick patients are seen car side in order to limit exposure to our office staff and other patients. We are are also offering suspected patients or high risk patients the choice of Telemedicine through video chat. This, we believe, will serve the community well as our office will be able to continue to operate and keep our doors open. These changes will not affect or delay of treatment for any of our current patients. We understand this maybe a slight inconvenience but look forward to utilizing technology to the fullest.  Finally, we would like to  THANK all of our patients in advance as you help us navigate the unforeseen challenges COVID-19 presents. With your support we will continue to care for our community and limit not only exposure to COVID-19 but also keep unnecessary visits to Emergency Rooms.

For any establishing patients we welcome you to California Family Medical Group, thank you for choosing us as your healthcare facility. Our goal to provide the highest quality of care to all of our patients in a timely, respectful manner.  

We will do our best to provide you with same-day office visits for all sick/emergency visits, please be aware this may lead to a longer wait due to working the patient into our existing schedule. You will need to bring your insurance card with you to each appointment. Please let the staff know if you have any changes in your insurance, address or phone number.

We have medical staff on-call at all times

Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm please call 530-247-7070

Saturday-Sunday or after hours please call and leave a voicemail- voicemails are screened hourly.

If your call is not an emergency i.e. cancelling an appointment you will be called when the office opens.
